I found the hotel to be situated in a charming spot, a bit older part of the resort at the very back, offering a variety of food stations and a desert section. The hotel had decent rooms with a walk-in closet and huge bathroom, placing us close to the reception area. However, the noise from that area was bothersome. We requested a room change due to the presence of numerous ants, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff agreed to fumigate but accommodated our breathing concerns by relocating us.
My stay at this hotel was a real mixed bag. On the bright side, the room was like a beautiful rustic cabin with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom, but the location brought some unwanted visitors due to being swampy with mosquitos and ants. The dining options were plentiful, but the service was hit or miss. Despite some flaws, the amenities and facilities were generally good.
The hotel seems to be quite new, with modern aesthetics, ample lighting in the bathroom and closet area, but it lacks essential kitchen facilities like a microwave or drinking glasses. On the downside, there was a living cockroach in my room upon entry, which was not a pleasant surprise.
